They will be no Hague or tribunal because the body count was too low (to put it crudely).

This problem will be dealt with kieneji style.

Si the report is out, si they have until 28 Feb 2009 to institute a tribunal, kwani why are we then frothing in the mouth over events that will very soon unfold?

You wish. The accused will not be held pending conviction, Mister lord, at least not in Kenya. Have you even read the Waki report? Waki himself says there isn’t enough evidence to convict anybody except for the evidence against Ruto which is from the NSIS. Got that? NSIS.
What Ruto, Kosgei, Ntimama & co are really afraid of is having this evidence submitted in court and to the public putting paid to their political careers and likely getting jailed.
On the other hand, Uhuru has nothing to fear and it will be very difficult to prove based on KNHCR hearsay that he controlled and ordered Mungiki to kill, Kikuyus will therefore still fall behind him.
Don’t sweat it, the GEMA/Akamba alliance is on track while the so called Western Alliance of Luo/Luhya/Kalenjin is falling apart barely 10 months into the formation of the coalition Govt. Its called God’s perfect will.

I for one find Ruto arguments logical and believable..am on record even on this blog that he would be found innocent in any court over PEV……

You like twisting facts a bit hence deflecting the truth by miles…..In the Molo meeting Klaonzo,Uhuru had gone there…there were no TOP Kalenjin Leaders……Yes a Kalenjin leader sugested some political allignement ..Uhuru Rejected it…….In the same meeting the local MP (kikuyu) TOLD Uhuru to his face that CENTRAL province would never take for granted their votes again…we will vote with the RV people…….
